Larger features may require a Feature Blueprint before implementation. Small, well-defined changes can usually be estimated directly.

Projects are billed with an initial deposit, followed by milestone invoices tied to delivery phases. Retainers are billed in advance. Each proposal confirms the applicable scope, deliverables and invoicing approach before development begins.

Starting prices assume a clearly defined scope. Integrations, migrations, complex permissions, additional workflows and unusual technical requirements may increase project cost. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before development begins.
